When construction company DDS Services came to us for marketing assistance, we did what we do best… we listened! With three distinct services — commercial and residential roofing, commercial and residential painting, and carpentry services — the challenge was to find a way to share its varied capabilities and expertise in one story, and through one site. With the company initials more commonly associated with the dentists, we faced some obvious challenges for brand positioning. We addressed this by securing a new, shortened domain name that added its service initials (ddsrpc.com). We then built a website, with separate microsites for each service area, and pulled the brand together with a tagline that shares its “Dedication to Delivering Superior outcomes.” We continue to help DDS tell its story through videography, social media management, and direct mail initiatives.
