When heating and air conditioning contractor A.M. Botte Mechanical LLC decided to purchase and relocate its facility into the former Wacker’s Trading Post on Delsea Drive in Sewell, NJ, it was cause for a celebration. Having recently completed research on the company and updated its logo, tagline and website content, the company contracted Riggs Creative Group to help it share its good news with its neighbors.
On October 23, 2021, A.M. Botte Mechanical LLC invited community members to tour its retrofitted 15,000+ square foot building, experience product demonstrations, and enjoy free entertainment, games, and fall foods at its tailgate-themed Grand Opening party. In recognition of the prior owners’ long-term family business legacy at the location, owner Anthony Botte revealed a plaque of the Wacker’s Trade Post family history that hangs in its entrance. As part of the celebration, the company also announced the winner of its Grand Opening sweepstake, where a lucky Gloucester County homeowner received a new heating and cooling system (valued up to $10,000) installed by A.M. Botte Mechanical’s team members. This grand opening contest provided A.M. Botte Mechanical LLC with hundreds of leads that kept their sales team busy for months.
This campaign involved all aspects of Riggs Creative Group’s disciplines: strategic communication (listening, research and design thinking), integrated marketing and design (traditional and digital campaign asset creation), and relationship management (event planning, social media management, media relations, and more).
